Low-Country Boil

One of my favorite things to do as the weather cools is a low-country boil. For those of you who are not familiar, it’s a seafood dish served family-style in The South. The ingredients vary from season to season & region to region. Ours will include andouille sausage, carrots, celery, onions, late summer corn, crawfish, & any other seafood that is fresh and suitable for this dish. We’ll be serving our focaccia bread and seasonal sides. Come join us & have a good time! This is one you’re not going to want to miss!
